Moto Reveries keeps the details needed to run guided-tour bookings and community rides. We don’t sell personal information.
What we keep
When you create an account we store your email and the name you give us. Sign-in uses a short-lived email code, or Google or Apple if you choose those. We store a session cookie so you stay signed in. If you book a tour we keep the booking, the payment record Stripe sends us, and messages with the organiser. If you RSVP to a ride we keep that RSVP, and anything you post in the ride chat or as a photo.
Organisers who import tours from their own site send us the page address and the listing details we can read from it (title, description, dates, price, photos).
Who sees it
A host sees who is coming on their ride. An organiser sees enquiries and bookings for their tours, including the rider’s name and email, so they can run the trip. Other riders see the public parts of a profile and a ride (for example a first name on the going list) according to the settings on that ride. We use email providers to send codes, booking mail, and ride updates, and Stripe to take payments when an organiser has payouts turned on.
How long, and your choices
We keep account and booking records while the account is open and as long as we need them for payments, disputes, or the law. You can ask us to close an account or to correct a name or email. Community-ride photos and chat can be removed by you or by the host.
